Thierry Weber
Partner - Founder
Born in 1970, Thierry Weber graduated from Collège Champittet in Pully.
With a degree in economics and business management from the University of Geneva, he worked for 20 years in the interest rate derivatives market, and then in investments funds within and outside of Switzerland.
His professional career is punctuated by continuing education and a wealth of entrepreneurial experience, which led him to create a brand, operate it and eventually sell it in 2015 to a Swiss market leader. Since then, he has been advising and accompanying our clients in business transfers and real estate transactions. Father of a teenage daughter, he shares with her his passion for golf and travel.

Eric Muster
Partner - Founder
Born in 1974, Eric Muster completed his schooling in Ecublens and then in Lausanne.
After obtaining a law degree and a doctorate in law from the University of Lausanne, he was called to the Bar and was subsequently admitted in January 2005.
Since then, he has been practicing as a lawyer in a Lausanne law firm. His work consists of advising private and institutional clients and defending their interests in court. Bilingual, he regularly advises German-speaking clients.
He is also a lecturer at the University of Lausanne.

Urban Planning
André Baillot

Born in 1954, André Baillot completed his schooling in Montreal, Canada
After obtaining a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Quebec in Montreal and the University de Montreal respectively, he worked for the City of Pierrefonds in Canada before beginning a career in the urban planning department of the city of Lausanne in 1988. He then successively held the positions of project manager, assistant to the department head from 1998 to 2014 and finally department head from 2014 to 2019.
Specialist in planning tools at all levels, he advises our clients on all matters relating to the legal process of building plots as well as their realization.
