Founded in 2018, WM-Partners was born out of the desire of its two partners to combine their skills in their respective fields of expertise.

Our main activities are the transfer of companies, investment properties, legal advice and urban planning. Often such procedures are accompanied by ancillary issues, such as the transfer of a company linked to a building or a real estate project or more varied legal issues relating to the life of a company.
